We do not book a room: we have the house expecting you.

Palaces on the Croisette, confidential houses on the peninsula, chalet-hotels in Courchevel and on Mont d'Arbois: our concierges have worked in these establishments and still speak to the people who decide there. That is what secures the suite that was no longer available, the upgrade on arrival, the table at the hotel restaurant on a full night, and the spa booked outside opening hours.
