The Belle Plage is a 1930s building taken back to its bones by designer Raphael Navot and architects FAAR, with a vocabulary of curves and natural materials that owes as much to the sixties as to the Mediterranean. You are at the foot of Le Suquet, on Square Mistral, that is, on the old-Cannes and old-port side rather than the Croisette, and that is precisely the point. The house counts 45 rooms, the Belle Plage suite, eight apartments and a 163 sq m penthouse, with the Villa Belle Plage spa below. On the eighth floor, the Bella rooftop looks over the bay and the Estérel. Shiso completes the offering. Our recommendation for those who prefer a house to a palace, and Le Suquet to the shop window.
