Five Seas by Inwood Hotels

The Five Seas is the only house on this list not on the Croisette, and that is deliberate: rue Notre-Dame, inside the fabric of the town, a few minutes on foot from the Palais des Festivals and the sea. You escape the valet ballet and the May crowds without losing any distance. The house reopened on 21 January 2026 after works. It is entirely non-smoking, keeps a Sothys spa, and holds its trump card on the roof: Le Roof, its pool and its view over the rooftops and the bay. A house on a human scale, to recommend when discretion matters more than the shop window.
