Data we collect

We collect only the data required for our exchanges and the provision of our services:

• Data you provide via the contact form or our exchanges: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, message, and information useful to organising your services (travel dates, preferences, group composition, etc.).
• Technical browsing data (IP address, connection logs) necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

• To respond to your requests and provide the concierge service, performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To manage and follow up the client relationship, legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• To ensure the security of the website and prevent misuse, legitimate interest.
• Where applicable, to send you information, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a).

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for The Private Keeper's teams and is never sold. We rely on strictly necessary providers: our host (Netlify) and our form-automation tool, self-hosted on our own servers (n8n).

Where a service requires it, certain information may be shared with the relevant partner provider, with your agreement, solely to carry out the requested booking.

Retention period

• Contact requests and prospects: up to 3 years after the last contact.
• Data linked to a service: for the duration of the relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations (accounting records: 10 years).
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our host Netlify may process data outside the European Union (United States). Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and French data-protection law, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding its fate after your death.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
