The Monte-Carlo Bay is the most seaside of the Société des Bains de Mer's hotels: opened in 2005 on the Larvotto peninsula, it occupies four hectares of Mediterranean gardens, set apart from the Casino quarter. Its argument comes down to one thing, the lagoon, a sand-bottomed pool with no equivalent in Europe, which changes the register of a Monaco stay entirely. The house holds Marcel Ravin's Blue Bay, one star, with its Caribbean and Mediterranean cooking, and since 2025 the Clarins & myBlend spa. Our recommendation with family, or when you want Monaco without the ceremony of the Casino palaces. We book and arrange access.
