We do not sell services. We make available what, in principle, is not.
Born in palaces, we spent years learning how things actually work on the ground, which operators answer on an August Sunday, which tables find a seat when they say there are none. This address book cannot be bought; it opens, when needed, exactly as it should.
The Private Keeper is a private concierge dedicated to a small circle of families and individuals. One person in front of you, who knows your file and the ground. No visible intermediation, no chain of providers, the precision of a palace concierge, free from the weight of a large hotel.
What our service costs.
We would rather say it plainly. There are four cases, and the first one is simply included.
Booking made through us
The concierge service is included for the whole stay or charter. It is the best-value format, and by far the most common.
Stay package
If you did not book your accommodation through us. The amount depends on the level of support, the volume of requests and the number of people.
Per request
A table, a transfer, a day at sea. Billed by complexity, with no minimum duration.
Full season
For those staying much of the season. We meet, we talk, then we quote.
The best value remains booking your villa, chalet, hotel or boat through us: the concierge service is then included, at no extra cost, for the whole stay. A detailed quote before every service, and no hidden commission.
