At the top of Bellevarde, the house holds three addresses in one place, which is what makes it convenient. The Maison Louly restaurant serves sharing plates and meats seared over an open fire, with a short but chosen wine list. Café Bellevarde handles quick lunches, with pancakes and waffles all day. And Le Chalet takes you in for pastry, coffee or mulled wine. The name comes from Louis and Lilly, the founder's two children, the house is a story of friends and family, and you hear it in the service. Open ten to four.
You lunch here in ski gear, boots on, as everyone does and nobody will look at you. Just bring an extra layer for the terrace, you cool down quickly once you sit.
