Le Roof occupies the Five Seas' rooftop, with its thirteen-metre infinity pool and a view that looks not at the Croisette but at Le Suquet and the old port, that is, the Cannes that predates the Festival. The menu revisits French bistronomic classics through the seasons, and the bar takes over in the evening. The rooftop is small, which is exactly its appeal: you are never in the crowd. Booking essential in season. We handle it.
