Poya holds two spaces that tell different stories. On one side the dining room, warm and deliberately discreet, where you eat Alpine-inspired cooking built for sharing: grilled cuts, comforting classics, a few pizzas. On the other, a few steps away, the bar, where people stop for a drink coming off the slopes, meet before dinner, and stay on as the music takes over. It is the right compromise for a table that wants to eat properly and then stay put.
Elegant but relaxed. You dine well dressed without stiffness, and as the evening runs on, shoes you can stand up in.
