Le Piaf is not in the hotel: it sits in the Manchet valley, slightly outside the village, and that is exactly what makes it the place. You dine French (truffle croque-monsieur, foie gras, roasted scallops, lobster linguine) to a piano, then a DJ takes over and the room gets up. The Airelles run a shuttle for their guests, which settles the question of getting back. Wednesday to Saturday, 7pm to 2am. This is our address when clients want to finish late without leaving the resort.
Elegant but relaxed. You dine well dressed without stiffness, and as the evening runs on, shoes you can stand up in.
