Italian trattoria

Palladio is the Airelles' trattoria, and I recommend it without hesitation for lunch: the terrace looks out at the Tarentaise peaks, the cooking is Italian with a Venetian accent under chef Adrien Tupin Bron, and you go back out to ski without the torpor of a Savoyard meal. Christophe Tollemer designed the room, local wood and plaids, in the same vocabulary as the rest of the house. Lunch and dinner. We book the terrace, which fills first.
