Exposed brick, workshop furniture, low light: Le Garage plays the old mountain garage, and plays it well. You eat Neapolitan pizza, burgers, sharing boards and a few daily plates, with a list of local craft beers and decent cocktails, all of it from eleven in the morning until one. It is the resort's variable-energy address: a quiet lunch midweek, a frankly lively evening at weekends. I recommend it to younger tables, and to anyone who wants to end the night without changing venue.
Elegant but relaxed. You dine well dressed without stiffness, and as the evening runs on, shoes you can stand up in.
