La Rôtisserie is Les Barmes' relaxed table, under the same direction as the starred floor: Antoine Gras signs all three menus in the house. The setting is that of a handsome chalet, wide picture windows and direct access to the terrace, and the speciality is in the name: spit-roasted meats.
