La Baraque has a dedicated stage and live music every evening but Monday, everything else follows from that. Around it, a creative brasserie kitchen signed by Romain Colinet, boards and tapas to share, desserts by Jean-Philippe Baudru and a cocktail list that holds up. The light is low, the mood is lounge, and the place fills as the music climbs. It is the address I give when clients want a dinner that does not end with the coffee, without moving on to a club.
Elegant but relaxed. You dine well dressed without stiffness, and as the evening runs on, shoes you can stand up in.
