Le M's table, a hundred metres from the Chamois lifts: contemporary mountain cooking with a chic snacking menu at any hour, more useful than it sounds when you ski and lunch late. The house also runs its Grands Crus de Fondues, a fondue built with you from valley cheeses, and an afternoon tea in winter. Lunch and dinner, with twenty-four-hour room service.
