Val d'Isère sits at the far end of the Tarentaise, and that is precisely the problem: from Geneva the drive takes three hours in normal conditions and a great deal more on a changeover Saturday. By helicopter the same journey is 35 minutes, landing at the La Daille heliport at the entrance to the resort: a driver meets you at the aircraft and you are at your chalet within minutes, the day intact.
We operate winter transfers to and from Val d'Isère: airport links (Geneva 35 min, Lyon 45 min, Chambéry 30 min, Annecy 25 min), the station-to-station hop to Courchevel in 15 minutes, and the run back to the Riviera when the diary demands it. Winter 2025-2026 rates, one-way, taxes included.

Where does the helicopter land in Val d'Isère?
At the La Daille heliport (LF218), at the entrance to the resort: that is where every aircraft lands, and a driver is waiting there to take you to your chalet within minutes. A second, high-altitude landing site exists at Tête de Solaise (LF219), but its use remains seasonal, highly specific and currently subject to restrictions.
How long is Geneva → Val d'Isère by helicopter?
About 35 minutes of flight from Geneva airport, against 3 to 3.5 hours by road in normal conditions, and up to five on a school-holiday Saturday, when the whole Tarentaise changes guests on the same day. Lyon: 45 minutes; Chambéry: 30 minutes; Annecy: 25 minutes.
Can you reach Courchevel from Val d'Isère?
Yes, in 15 minutes of flight, against nearly two hours by road through the valley. It's the station-to-station link we're asked for most, often for lunch or an evening in the other resort.
Are flights guaranteed in case of snow?
No, and nobody can honestly claim otherwise: mountain flying is done by day, by sight, and remains subject to conditions on the day. De-icing or out-of-hours fees may apply. We track each flight with our operators and always plan a road fallback for arrivals.
