Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo

The Thermes Marins are not a hotel spa but a marine health centre of more than 6,000 sqm, connected directly to the Hôtel de Paris and the Hermitage. At its heart is the seawater pool heated to 29°C, 25 metres by 13, fed by water drawn offshore, alongside a cold bath, two hammams, a jacuzzi, a solarium and a gym. What really sets it apart from anything else on the coast is the team: a doctor, a nutritionist, physiotherapists and trainers build protocols over several days, for recovery, body composition or sleep.
