Cap Estel's spa owes as much to its setting as to its menu: the house occupies a private peninsula, and you move from the treatment rooms to the two sea-facing pools without ever crossing the coast road. Treatments are by Sothys, with rituals composed after a conversation rather than picked off a list. This is the spa to remember when you want absolute quiet rather than a large water circuit: the house has only a handful of rooms, and you can hear it right into the treatment rooms.
