Palladio is the Airelles' Italian table in Courchevel, the house runs the same name at the Messardière in Saint-Tropez, in an entirely different setting. Here it is the Austro-Hungarian palace of the Jardin Alpin, panelling and frescoes, with a transalpine menu that cuts pleasantly against the surrounding Savoyard fare. Booking advised in the holidays. We handle it.
