This is Le Strato's table, two MICHELIN stars, and it has changed its name: what everyone knew as Baumanière 1850 is now Slalom 1850. Chef Thomas Prod'homme cooks a contemporary mountain cuisine that keeps its southern roots: precision, sharp contrasts, and a way of letting the produce speak to the season without ever showing off. This is the big evening of a Courchevel stay, the one you book well ahead. On peak dates, we secure the table.
We advise a jacket for men, no tie needed. Nothing is imposed, but it is a room where dressing up is part of the pleasure.
