Le Chabichou is the oldest of Courchevel's great tables (the house dates from 1963) and Stéphane Buron, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has held two stars there for years. It is French cooking of craft, without passing fashion, in a house that has watched the whole history of the resort go by. Our recommendation for those who prefer constancy to novelty. Booking essential in season. We handle it.
The dress we advise
We advise a jacket for men, no tie needed. Nothing is imposed, but it is a room where dressing up is part of the pleasure.
