The Martinez's gastronomic table reopened in May 2024 under Jean Imbert and regained its Michelin star less than a year later, a star confirmed since. The room looks out over the bay, the cooking puts seafood at its centre, and the service holds the rhythm you expect of a house of this rank. This is the table we book when dinner is the evening's event, not its prelude. Covers are few: we step in several weeks ahead, more during the Festival.
The dress we advise
We advise a jacket for men, no tie needed. Nothing is imposed, but it is a room where dressing up is part of the pleasure.
