Beefbar has opened its alpine version at L'Apogée, in the spaces rethought by American designer Kelly Wearstler, a softened brutalist register that has nothing to do with the resort's plush chalet style. The same exceptional cuts as the brand's other addresses, the same chic street-food menu, but at eighteen hundred and fifty metres. Booking advised in season. We take care of it.
