How much does a luxury concierge in Saint-Tropez cost?

Updated 18 July 2026

Stay package, per service or complimentary with your booking: how the price of a luxury concierge in Saint-Tropez is really built.

I’m often asked what a luxury concierge costs in Saint-Tropez. My honest answer: it depends on the format, the volume of your requests and the size of your group. In practice there are four cases, and one of them is simply free.

The formats at a glance

Booking made through us
The concierge service is included for the whole stay or charter. It’s the best-value format, and by far the most common.
Included
villa, chalet, hotel or boat
Stay package
If you didn’t book your accommodation through us. The amount depends on the level of support, the volume of requests and the number of people.
€1,000 – 4,000
per week
Per request
A table, a transfer, a day at sea. Billed by complexity, with no minimum duration.
On quotation
no commitment
Full season
For those staying much of the season. We meet, we talk, then we quote.
Bespoke
after a first conversation

What the service actually covers

This is the question I should be asked before the price one, and am almost always asked after. Here is what I genuinely do for a client over a week in August:

  • Tables: beach clubs, dinners, second or first seating, sunbeds included, with the row negotiated beforehand rather than accepted on arrival.
  • The sea: the boat, an itinerary matched to its real speed, the island lunch booked the same day, the tender to get ashore.
  • Transfers: arrival, returns from evenings out, a driver for the week rather than a fare each time.
  • The invisible everyday: private chef, shopping before arrival, babysitter, physiotherapist, hairdresser at the villa, dry cleaning, fixing an air conditioner on a Sunday.
  • The unexpected, this is where a concierge is judged. A cancelled flight, a storm landing on an outdoor dinner, a sick child on 15 August. The rest, plenty of people can do.

What is billed separately

The services themselves (villa, yacht, chef, transfers, staff) are billed at cost. A detailed quote before each activation, with no hidden commission: you always see what each element costs. It’s a matter of principle, and it has a practical advantage: you can compare, and sometimes tell me no.

When it isn’t worth it

I’d rather say it, because few people in this trade do. If you’re coming for three nights, out of season, staying in a hotel and planning to dine in the hotel restaurant: you don’t need me, the house concierge will do the job perfectly well.

But as soon as there’s a villa, a group, children, a boat, or simply a week in August, the equation changes completely. It’s no longer a question of comfort but of time: without support, you’ll spend part of your holiday organising your holiday.

How it works, very concretely

A first conversation, above all: your dates, your group, what you like and above all what you don’t. It’s that last part that matters most, and nobody offers it spontaneously. Then a single point of contact, the same person from first message to last day, reachable at any hour. Then a programme sent before arrival, revised as many times as needed: the first version is never the right one, and that’s normal.

Why booking early changes the price

In July and August, the best villas, tables and boats go weeks, sometimes months ahead. The earlier you give us your dates, the more effective the support, and the less you pay for last-minute services, which are always the most expensive and rarely the best.

The best value remains booking your villa, chalet, hotel or boat through us: the concierge service is then included, at no extra cost, for the whole stay. And if your stay doesn’t warrant it, I’ll tell you, it’s still the best argument I have.
