Chinese fine dining

Song Qi was the Riviera's first serious Chinese fine-dining room, and it has stayed the best. Riccardo Giraudi opened it in 2014 in a lacquered green-and-gold jewel box where the setting does almost as much work as the plate. Dim sum of rare delicacy, duck, and a menu that owns the French produce behind the Chinese technique. It is my move when clients say they have done every Italian table in Monaco, they come out surprised, which is exactly what I am after.
