On the Place des Lices, Pablo brings a festive Mexican touch to the heart of the village. Bold flavours, tequilas and mezcals, a joyful, loud-in-the-right-way atmosphere. The place has the particularity of living two lives in one evening: you dine first, then the tables clear and Pablo turns into a club from midnight, DJ included, until three. We like its energy and lack of pretension. Booking advised on summer nights. We handle both the table and the door.
