Snowmobile outing
Snowmobiling in Courchevel only happens once the pistes have closed and the domain has been handed back to the machines: that is what makes it a night outing, and what makes it beautiful. Twenty-five kilometres, an hour of riding, across terrain you crossed on skis a few hours earlier and no longer recognise. No experience needed, briefing, kit and guide are included. We happily place it early in a stay: it wakes everyone up, and it finishes early enough to dine afterwards.

The options
The one-hour route
Twenty-five kilometres across the domain once the pistes have closed and the groomers have gone through. You ride by headlamp, between the pines, with the resort lighting up below. Briefing and kit included. €350 per machine.
With the stop
The same route with a stop up high: a hot drink and marshmallows toasted over a fire, engines off. The version we suggest when there are teenagers along, the stop is what they talk about afterwards, not the speed. €450 per machine.

Pricing
€350 – €450 per machine
The price is per snowmobile, not per person: €350 for the one-hour, twenty-five-kilometre route, €450 for the version with a stop along the way, a hot drink and toasted marshmallows. Two to a machine, the second option therefore works out at €225 each. We book the machines ahead: they go quickly during school holidays.
