MayaBay has held avenue Princesse Grace since 2006, which in Monaco counts as a feat. The principle: two kitchens, two rooms, Thai on one side with cooks from Bangkok, Japanese on the other. You can compose across both, and I recommend it: a green curry then sashimi, nobody will hold it against you. The setting plays the zen garden, the mood is calm, and continuous service from noon to half past eleven rescues awkward arrivals.
Smart casual, nothing more ceremonious.
