Marlow is Monte-Carlo's recent surprise: a British table, which nobody expected in a principality saturated with Italian. Hugo Toro designed a room that reads like a London club without the dust, and the menu lifts the English classics instead of caricaturing them. I send British clients, obviously, but above all those who want to eat well without the ceremony of a starred dining room.
