Les Toits

Les Toits occupies the top floor of the Hôtel de Paris, around the glass-bottomed pool suspended over the atrium, an architectural object you will not see anywhere else in the village. The view sweeps across the roofs of Saint-Tropez with the sea behind. Bar, lounge and restaurant at once, the menu is Mediterranean and the place tips towards the aperitif at day's end.
