Panoramic restaurant
Les Remparts offers the same view as the two-starred room for a far smaller commitment, which is why I give it more often. A panoramic terrace suspended above the Mediterranean, careful Mediterranean cooking, the mood of a lunch that stretches. The best moments are midday and sunset. In between, the light is harsh and the terrace heats up. Book, the view is not a secret.

Smart casual, nothing more ceremonious.
