La Table du Cap Estel★

Cap Estel occupies a private peninsula between Nice and Monaco, a hectare of gardens surrounded by water on three sides, invisible from the road. La Table, on the ground floor of the manor house, plays black and white marble, columns and wide bays open to the sea. Kévin Garcia holds the star there. It is the address I give when someone wants haute cuisine without being seen, which at this level is nearly impossible elsewhere on the coast. Dinner only.
