The cooking, conceived by Simon Pinault and run by Marine Bon Mugnaïni, rests on rigorous local sourcing, frank Provençal plates, without demonstration. You dine a few metres from the water, in a room Fabrizio Casiraghi renovated without taking away its age. Our address for those who want to eat where the legend was written.
