Horizon Deck occupies the Fairmont's seventh floor, level with the rooftop pool, with a view that goes all the way round: the port, the Rock, the Casino and the sea. It is one of the rare tables in the Principality from which you see Monaco from above rather than head-on. Mediterranean cooking, a champagne bar, and a location that comes into its own at sunset or during the Grand Prix, the Fairmont hairpin is directly below. Booking advised. We handle it.
