Em Sherif Monte-Carlo

Mireille Hayek opened the first Em Sherif in Beirut in 2011 on a simple, radical idea: one set menu, served until the table surrenders. The Monaco version, on the ground floor of the Hôtel de Paris, keeps that principle: the mezze arrive, accumulate, and you must hold back before the grills if you mean to last. A heavily dressed room, in the good sense, and service that takes charge of you. Come with an appetite, not with a schedule.
