Cantinetta Antinori

The Antinori family has been making wine since the fourteenth century and opened its first Cantinetta in Florence in 1957. The Monaco one dates from 2017. You eat Tuscan here (not generic Italian, Tuscan: pappa al pomodoro, pici, bistecca) with the estate's cellar poured by the glass all day. It is the address I give for a working lunch or a quiet dinner for two, when you want seriousness on the plate and nobody watching. Live musicians from six in the evening.
