A weekend in Saint-Tropez isn't something you endure, it's something you orchestrate. After years preparing my clients' stays here, this is how I see a successful luxury weekend: the right tables, the right beaches, and the few secrets that make all the difference.
I. Tables & Addresses
Saint-Tropez plays in two registers: classic chic (Club 55, Jardin Tropezina, La Réserve à la Plage) and unapologetically festive, Loulou, Bagatelle, Les Palmiers, Gigi Beach. On Pampelonne, the golden rule: pick your seating (12:30 or 15:30) and always book sunbeds separately from lunch.
Evenings in the village
For gastronomy: Matsuhisa at Château de la Messardière, Jaïs in Ramatuelle, Les Délices du Pan Deï, Le Patio. To turn dinner into a party: Pablo, La Petite Plage, Kinugawa, L'Opéra, Zuma at Byblos.

The yacht day
Our most requested. Three iconic routes: the 3 Caps (Camarat, Taillat, Lardier), the 3 Islands (Levant, Port-Cros, Porquerolles), the Lérins Islands with lunch at La Guérite.
Local rituals
A Mini Moke for the true Tropézien vibe, a tasting at Château Minuty or Fondugues Pradugues, the coastal path from Ramatuelle to l'Escalet at golden hour, the most authentic Saint-Tropez.

Beach clubs: the sunbed rule
Sunbeds are separate from lunch reservations. Once confirmed, they're held until 1:00 PM; after that, first-come, first-served.
Transfers & helicopters
Nice (NCE) is 1h30 off-traffic, Toulon-Hyères (TLN) closer depending on the villa. In peak season, leave 4 hours before a commercial flight. Helicopter remains the fastest and most scenic option, but landing pad assignment is confirmed close to the day.
Place des Lices market
Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Heavier traffic, buzzing village atmosphere, a ritual to live at least once.
