Over six years as concierges in some of the world's most demanding properties (across the French Riviera, the Alps and the Middle East) taught us one thing no training manual can: how things actually work on the ground.
Which operators answer on an August Sunday. Which captains genuinely maintain their yachts. Which restaurants find a table when they say there are none. Year after year, we built the kind of network that cannot be bought, it is earned, through presence, trust and delivered promises.
We created The Private Keeper for a clientele who no longer have the time (or the inclination) to manage the details themselves. A private concierge house, dedicated to a small circle of families and individuals who simply expect everything to be right.
Villas, yachts, tables, helicopters, bespoke experiences. One person in front of you, your Keeper, who knows your file, your preferences and the ground, and remains reachable at any hour during your stay. However many providers are involved behind the scenes, you deal with one person: the precision of a palace concierge, free from the weight of a large hotel.
Your privacy remains private. We never communicate publicly about our clients. Our address book is never lent: it opens, when needed, exactly as it should.

A Keeper is not simply an intermediary receiving a list of requests. They are a single point of contact who learns how you travel, coordinates the people involved in your stay and retains the useful details from one journey to the next.
You should not have to repeat the same preferences every time you travel, or deal with a succession of intermediaries. Your Keeper prepares, coordinates and follows each stage with the knowledge already gained.
